Returns

If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at info@osski.co.uk. Goods must be sent back in their original packaging and within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back  - we therefore recommend that you use a tracked postage service with insurance.

Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace it as quickly as possible.

International Returns

Customers must contact us prior to sending a return, all costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer including import taxes which will be incurred by shipments arriving back into the UK.
